Getting Ready for USCA 2011, November 10–13: Send Us Your Thoughts

USCAThe U.S. Conference on AIDS (USCA) 2011 Exit Disclaimer is less than two weeks away. As Paul Kawata, Executive Director of the National Minority AIDS Council Exit Disclaimer noted in his recent blog post, this year’s conference is pivotal. With the conference theme, “Make Change Real,” over 3,000 federal, national, and community-level HIV partners will gather in Chicago to share effective strategies to respond to the HIV epidemic.
Check out what AIDS.gov is planning at USCA. Follow us on Twitter Exit Disclaimer and read our daily blog posts summarizing many of the sessions related to the National HIV/AIDS Strategy.
The Opening and Closing Plenaries will provide important strategic direction. In the Opening Plenary, “Ending the AIDS Epidemic,” we will hear how the National HIV/AIDS Strategy along with other key federal initiatives and HIV scientific advances move us closer to making the vision of the Strategy real. In the Closing Plenary, we will hear about the implementation of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act Exit Disclaimer and the status and future of the Ryan White CARE Act Program Exit Disclaimer.
The Opening and Closing Plenary Session speakers are interested in hearing YOUR ideas and questions about the U.S. government’s response to the HIV epidemic in the U.S. We look forward to integrating your thoughts in the sessions.
